I want to be a shapeshifter aka The Mist is not made of ghost pirates

It has been one crazy week! I took the GMAT yesterday (aka worst test ever), we drove 5 hours in winter storm Gandalf towing a trailer (to get to and from the test), and I contacted someone about possibly adopting Shep. Whew! I'm glad it's over!

Here's a random story:
Last night, the hubby was in charge of the remote. He got stuck on the scifi channel watching the move The Mist.

I have to say, usually scifi channel movies just suck. There have terrible acting and look like someone filmed them in their backyard. However, this one wasn't too bad. I'm not sure if it was an actual movie that was released or if it was a scifi original, but it was fairly entertaining. Even though we didn't see the first part of the movie, I believe that the premise is that a mysterious mist moves in to town and people get killed. This is in no way related to The Fog, which involves murderous pirate ghosts. In this one, there are giant bugs! (I hope I didn't spoil it for you, I'm not really sure how far into the movie we started.)
The best part of this movie? There are 5 cast members from the Walking Dead. (It's a fun game to see if you can find them all) Plus, the ending is a little bit awesome. As in, I turned to the hubby and said, "do you know what would be really awesome right now?" I then suggested something that would never happen in a movie. Then BAM! it did! WOOT!

Shapeshifters! I can't even explain how much I have always wanted to be able to turn into an animal :)
